We hope you will love your purchase. However, if you change your mind or are in anyway unhappy with your purchase you may send back your good(s) for a refund, exchange or credit note within 30 calendar days of receiving your good(s). Items received after the 30 days will not be accepted.
We do, however, stipulate that items must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging the item was supplied, including product box packaging and pamphlets. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return your product you must use the returns label that you will find together with your package. The return label will have the returns address on it. Please obtain proof of postage where possible.
What if I have lost my returns label?
If you have discarded or lost your returns label you must contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do I have to pay for the shipping cost of the return?
A flat-rate of $15.00 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.
How do I return a faulty or damaged product?
If the item you purchased is faulty or damaged you must return it with all the packaging it came in. In this instance a full refund including postage and exchange will be applied upon receiving the product.
What happens to my returned item once you receive it?
Once the product is returned we will inspect it to make sure it is in a reasonable condition. If there are any anomalies or issues we will get in touch with you to let you know.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
You should receive your refund withing 5-7 Business days of receipt of the goods.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery will take between 2-5 Business days
Order will be delivered by courier usually DHL, UPS or Fedex, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Once your order has been processed at our warehouse you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery. This will allow you to see when your goods will arrive.
Where are my items shipped from?
We ship orders out of our warehouses in North Carolina, United States.
What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?
The courier will leave an attempted delivery notification card behind for you to re-arrange a more convenient time for delivery.
Proof of Delivery –
A signature is required for every delivery. Unless pre-arranged, all items ordered must be signed for.
