We hope you will love your purchase. Should you change your mind or are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may send back your item(s) for a refund, exchange or credit note within 30 calendar days of receiving your item(s). Products returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
We do, however, stipulate that items be returned in their original condition and with all packaging materials that the item was shipped in, including the product box packaging and pamphlets. The returned product(s) must be returned with the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return your product you must use the returns label that you will find together with your package. The return label will have the returns address on it. Please obtain proof of postage where possible.
What if I have lost my returns label?
If you have discarded or lost your returns label, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do I have to pay for the shipping cost of the return?
A flat-rate of $15.00 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.
How do I return a faulty or damaged product?
If the item you purchased is faulty or damaged you must return it with all the packaging it came in. In this instance an exchange, or full refund including postage and exchange will be applied upon receiving the product.
What happens to my returned item once you receive it?
Once the product is returned we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition. If there are any anomalies or issues we will get in touch with you.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
You should receive your refund within 5-7 Business days of receipt of the good(s). Product exchanges will be done within 2-7 business days, after receiving the returned item(s).

SIWWAA currently ships to North America – United States and Canada - and selected locations around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
SIWWAA offers complimentary shipping on all North America purchases (United States and Canada).
How long will delivery take?
Delivery will take between 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders will be delivered by courier - usually DHL, UPS or Fedex - and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Once your order has been processed at our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery, as well as the delivery date and time.
Where are my items shipped from?
We ship orders out of our fulfillment centers in North Carolina, United States.
What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?
The courier will leave an attempted delivery notification card behind for you to reschedule a more convenient time for delivery.
